Attended by over 22,000 visitors, The Commercial Vehicle Show is the largest, most diverse and best attended road transport and logistics event in Britain. In 2014, the team were left in a tight spot after their existing registrations supplier withdrew their services. With no in-house experience of registrations, the team needed to find a new supplier who could take the task off their hands.

“After 2014, the company who used to do registrations for us said they could no longer provide the service, as it wasn’t part of their core offering,” explains Robert Skelton, Director of The Commercial Vehicle Show. “The problem was, when we took the event organisation in house, we found that we didn’t actually know anything about registration processes – we were basically a bit stumped.” 

The show needed:

Three companies tendered for the project, but it was RegBox who stood out as the best option for The Commercial Vehicle Show team.
